South Carolina’s Annual Arts Advocacy Day will take place Tuesday, February 7 in Columbia, SC at the South Carolina Statehouse and the Capital City Club.

Greet legislators and staff as they enter their respective chambers for floor votes and debates. Thank them for supporting the arts and encourage them to keep pushing the arts forward in South Carolina.
Bring a sign with your pro-arts message! Bring your voice! And bring your enthusiasm!
Join us in both the House and Senate galleries as we are formally introduced to members of the General Assembly.

Hear from our special guest speaker, Dr. Fred Carter, President of Francis Marion University and long time supporter of the arts. You will also hear from the South Carolina Arts Commission on the state of the arts and the future growth of the industry.
Don’t miss a special performance by members of the Riverside High School orchestra (Greenville County).
