Creative. Innovative. Trusted. Collaborative. Bold.

These are some of the words used to describe where the South Carolina Arts Alliance is headed based on feedback from stakeholders, members, and the general public. And they are aspects we integrated into our new graphic identity.

In May of 2016, our Board of Directors approved a new Strategic Plan for the South Carolina Arts Alliance that builds upon our strong reputation in supporting the arts and devotes special attention to making our organization stronger through new programs in areas such as leadership development, public awareness, and a push for new advocacy methods.

A part of this new Strategic Plan was a re-branding process which began this past summer. Over the last six months, our board members and staff have worked hard to shape a new brand for the SCAA. This included internal and public surveys, workshop sessions during board meetings, and plenty of design work. And in December of this year, the board adopted the new branding identity you see above.

Our new graphic identity represents much more than just a logo change though. It is the beginning of exciting growth at the SCAA. Over the next few months you will see more opportunities to get involved, more opportunities to grow in your own advocacy efforts, and deeper tools and resources to support the arts in your community.
